GoGreen is located in a sprawling 5 acre land surrounded by Green Cover developed and maintained by us. Our factory is well equipped with cutting edge technology upgraded to meet the market demand with respect to achieving the global standards in quality. Not to mention the factory's production capacity of 4200 sq meters per day of coir mats and 1500 sq metres of coir sheets. Highest standards in production and achievement of highest volume is accomplished through adaptation of latest technology that includes machineries for Auto mixture of all ingredients required for PVC Backing and automation of bleaching, printing, and drier, which are one of its kind in the country.

Time immemorial part of coconut husks were used for fuelling and most of the residue were disposed off burning to overcome landfilling which considerably polluted the atmosphere and made coconut farming counterproductive. Emerging of Coir Tuft Mat and other coir products has substantially resulted in converting the waste coconut husk into a valued added product, in other words converting waste into wealth. This has significantly mitigated the environmental hazard through husk burning.
